Hello Parents, thank you so much for choosing to send your kiddo(s) to our new and improved summer camps. Please complete the following three-step process to register and pay for camp(s).

Step 1: Add the $50 Camp Registration Fee to your cart (once per child for single or multiple camps for entire summer).
Step 2: Complete the Camp Registration & Release Form then choose your camps.
Step 3: Select the camp weeks and options you'd like to participate in and add them to your cart, check-out and pay.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that all cancellations have to be in writing at least TWO week prior to the camp’s start date to be considered for a refund. All camp fees are nonrefundable, however, if 2-week prior notice is given, we are happy to offer a 50% refund and transfer your remaining balance to another camp week or other program that Southlake Tutoring Academy offers. We will always take into account medical emergencies and other unexpected circumstances because we know that life happens to all of us.
